【摘要】:ISO/TS15530-4:2008specifiesrequirements(forthemanufacturerandtheuser)fortheapplicationof(simulation-based)uncertaintyevaluatingsoftware(UES)tomeasurementsmadewithcoordinatemeasuringmachines(CMMs),andgivesinformativedescriptionsofsimulationtechniquesusedforevaluatingtask-specificmeasurementuncertainty.ISO/TS15530-4:2008describesmethodsoftestingsuchsimulationsoftware,alongwithadvantagesanddisadvantagesofvarioustestingmethods.ISO/TS15530-4:2008alsodescribesvarioustestingproceduresfortheevaluationoftaskspecificuncertaintydeterminationbysimulationforspecificmeasurementtaskscarriedoutonCMMs,takingintoaccountthemeasuringdevice,theenvironment,themeasurementstrategyandtheobject.Thisdocumentdescribesthegeneralprocedureswithoutrestrictingthepossibilitiesofthetechnicalrealization.Guidelinesforverificationandevaluationofthesimulationpackageareincluded.
